Neil Baxter
I’ve been with the club since 1983. I played in the first team from the age of 14, and I’m incredibly proud now to be serving as chairman.
Lynne Smith
I first got involved with the club when my grandson started playing at just 5 years old. I’m incredibly grateful to be surrounded by such amazing people who all share the same passion and dedication.

I first brought my son along when he was 5, and we’ve been here since. This club really is like another family, the best I’ve ever been part of. I’m honestly honoured to be asked to take on this role.

I founded the club back in June 1983, with myself as the only player. It's amazing to see how far we've come and what the club has grown into!

I’ve played and coached for years, leading the Colts at Colchester for 10 seasons. I believe in developing players individually to help them enjoy the game and grow in the environment rugby offers.
