The RFU’s Game Management System (GMS) is the primary platform to support the grassroots game in England. On GMS all Youth Age Grade players must be affiliated to a club.
Age Grade Player Affiliation is a fully online annual process for club players between U6 to U18. RFU Regulation requires players to be affiliated online each season within 45 days of the start of the season or from first joining the club.
This simple process involves a players’ parent / guardian setting up their own profile and then a profile for their child which they can affiliate to Mistley RFC on an annual basis via (GMS) and be approved by the Club Registrar.
Existing Players

For Existing Player renewal use your email and password to Login
- Your Child’s name should appear under FAMILY and FRIENDS – click on your child’s name
- Mistley RFC should appear under MY ORGANISATIONS
- Simply select RENEW REGISTRATION (AGE GRADE)
That is all that is required but you can take them time to any new medical information, emergency contact details and consents, linked directly from their own Personal Profile page.

For New Youth Player registration select CREATE NEW ACCOUNT
Please first create your own account as the parent/guardian before creating an account for your child
To set up your account you need to complete the following quick steps:
- Complete the form with your details NOT your child’s that comes later
- Set up a password and then validate your email
Once you have created your account you can then:
- Add your child as a family member
- Click on your child’s member profile
- Click on Register as Player (Age Grade)
You should affiliate your child to Mistley RFC – there is a search function to find the club.
