For the past 40 years an annual match has been taking place between Mistley RFC Vs Harwich & Dovercourt RUFC on Boxing Day. Unfortunately, Harwich & Dovercourt cannot get a team out this year for one reason or another. To maintain tradition & keep the fixture alive, Mistley have asked if Suffolk Vets & Super Vets can pull a team together for a vets match. Port will be taken at 11:20hrs & KO will be 11:30hrs. Mistley back onto some lovely woodland & the club will be open for refreshments, so it could be a good way to get the family out into the fresh air whilst the men have a run about, or possibly get yourselves away from the in-laws for a couple of hours.
