Mistley RUFC is a community club - at its heart is a large and flourishing Youth section providing coaching to all ages, from those taking their first into playing rugby at Under 6 up to Sixth Formers. We welcome new players throughout the season irrespective of experience.
Across our Mini and Junior age groups we welcome players of all abilities and regardless of experience - our main focus is to have fun, ensure every child feels included, and to foster a love of the game that encourages the children to want to develop skills further. To ensure your child gets the best coaching possible, all our volunteer coaches are appropriately qualified, DBS checked and passionate about rugby ensuring that everything we do is based around Rugby's Core Values of Teamwork, Respect, Enjoyment, Discipline and Sportsmanship.
Our season runs from September to April/May - during this time, we train at the rugby club on Sunday mornings from 10am to 11am. Matches, both home and away, are also on Sunday mornings. If you would like to know more please contact your age grade coach, or email youth@mistleyrufc.com
