Mistley RUFC have two Senior Men's teams - the 1st XV (2023/24 Division 1 South Champions, 2023 Suffolk Silver Cup Winners, 2019 Suffolk Plate Holders), and the 2nd XV, The Marauders (2024/25 Eastern Counties Greene King Division Two South Champions, 2025 Suffolk Bronze Cup Winners).
