Mistley RUFC have a strong Women’s Squad – The Swans – who train for both Touch and Contact rugby twice a week, on Wednesday evenings and Sunday Mornings. The Swans are always looking for new players to join the team. No previous experience necessary, just enthusiasm and a willingness to have fun. Mistley RUFC is an energetic and social club, both on and off the pitch, so why not give it a go and come to training where you will find The Swans embody the club motto - Spirit, Passion, Strength

👉 Join us at training every Wednesday at 6.30pm. New players always welcome!

👉 Join us on a Saturday morning at 9am for T1 (The T1 group consists of participants of mixed ages and sexes. In this group, only touch is permitted, with no other forms of contact allowed).
